A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles establishing a Driver Education Fund.
WHEREAS', Chapter 39, Session Laws of 1963, of the State
of Washington provides for the collection by cities in certain
instances of funds to be turned over to the Driver Education
Account of the General Fund of the State Treasury; now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED that there is established in the City
of Port Angeles a special fund for the handling of these
amounts to be designated as "Driver Education Fund" into which
will be paid all sums received in accordance with Chapter 39,
Session Laws of 1963, of the State of Washington.
