A RESOLUTION fixing the time for hearing on a petition to
vacate portions of Sixth Street and Seventh Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES that a hearing will be held at the Council Chambers at
7: 30 P.M. on the rJt'J dday of . 4AA/4 . , 1970, on a peti-
tion to. vacate the following d~ribe~ortions of Sixth Street
and Seventh Street in the City of Port Angeles:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of
Lincoln Street and Sixth Street; thence South
33 degrees 13' 52" West 30.40 feet; thence
South" 56 degrees 33'. 36" East a distance of
35.00 feet" to a point on the Easterly boundary
line of Lincoln Street and the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 56 degrees 33' 36"
East 449.96 feet to the Westerly" boundary line
of Chase Street; thence South 33 degrees 13'
52" West 2.46 feet; thence North 56 degrees
48' 50" West 449.96 feet to the Easterly bound-
ary line of Lincoln Streeti thence North 33 de-
grees 13 I 52" East a distance of 4",45 feet to
" the True Poin t of Beginning.
And that portion of Seventh Street, if any,
which may, in the future, be found to be lying
within the area presently designated by survey
as the location of the block between Sixth and
Seventh Streets, Chase and Lincoln Streets,
The survey referred to is that by Darrell Peter-
sen and signed by Darrell Petersen, John U.
Wright and John B. Warder in July 1969. A copy
of said survey is attached hereto and by refer-
ence made a part hereof.
PASSED ~y the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on
