RESOLUTION NO. ~ tt -'B Y:-
A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Angeles
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute Amendatory Agreement No. 4 to
Contract No. DE-MS79-83BP91362 between
the City of Port Angeles and the United
States Department of Energy, Bonneville
Power Administration.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles and the Bonneville
Power Administration entered into a Contract No. DE-MS79-83BP9136 ,
Residential Weatherization Program Conservation Agreement, which
contract was approved by the City Council on September 21, 1983;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Energy and the City Light
staff recommend that said Contract be amended to provide for
contract changes to go into effect the first day of any month
within the four-month offering period, rather than waiting until
the end of said four-month period; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best
interests of the City and its electrical energy consumers to
enter into the proposed Amendatory Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Amendatory Agreement No. 4 to
Contract No. DE-MS79-83BP91362 between the City of Port Angeles
and the United Department of Energy, Bonneville Power
Administration.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the ~ day of
