RESOLUTION NO.
30-89
A RESOLUTION of the City council of the City
of Port Angeles, Washington, fixing the time
and place of hearing upon the assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 209.
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 209 has been prepared and filed with the city Clerk, and the
city Council now desires to fix the time and place for hearing
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ANGELES, WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section 1. Tuesday, the 16th day of January, 1990, at 7:00
P.M. at the City Council Chambers, 321 East Fifth Street, in the
city of Port Angeles, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing upon the assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 209.
section 2. The city Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of the time and place of said hearing at least fifteen (15) days
before the date fixed therefor by mailing to the owners or
reputed owners of the property within Local Improvement District
No. 209 whose names appear on the assessment roll, at the
addresses shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer and, in
addition thereto, to cause said notice to be PUblished once a
week for two consecutive weeks in the Peninsula Dailv News, the
last publication to be at least fifteen {15} days before the date
fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the city council of the city of Port Angeles at
a regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day of
December, 1989.
