WHEREAS the City of Port Angeles finds it necessary to update its electrical rates due to a rate increase from Bonneville Power Administration, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the"City Council of the City of Port Angeles, Washington that the City Council will hold a public hearing on the rate increase on the ~th day of September, 1982, commencing at 7:00 P.M. at ~ - l40 West Front Street, Port Angeles, Washington. Public testimony will be taken and all interested citizens are urged to attend. PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Angeles this 7 th day of September, 19 8 2.
