RESOLUTION NO. 1//}-6':2.
A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Angeles
establishing fees for the issuance of
pistol permits, and amending Resolution
No. 2-81.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2-81, the City Council es-
tablished fees for the issuance of pistol permits; and
WHEREAS, the costs associated with the issuance of such
permits have changed since that action;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES as follows:
Section 1. Section 8 of Exhibit A to Resolution 2-81 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
n 8. Pistol Permit (a) Original or Late Renewal $20.00
(b) Renewal - On Time $3.00
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect upon enact-
ment.
