RESOLUTION NO. 40-91
A RESOLUTION of the city Council of the city of
Port Angeles, Washington, establishing or
increasing fees for various municipal services
and repealing Resolutions 5-83 and 7-83.
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Port
Angeles as follows:
section 1.
A fifteen dollar ($15.00) fee shall be
charged for checks with insufficient funds (NSF checks), which are
submitted as payment to the city of Port Angeles.
section 2.
The fee for filing an application for the
following Planning permit applications and appeals shall be as
follows:
A. Wetlands permit - $150.00
B. SEPA appeals under PAMC_15.04.280 - $150.00
C. Appeals from decisions on all permits administered by
the Planning Department - $90.00
section 3.
The fee schedule for use of the William
Shore Memorial Pool shall be as follows, inclusive of sales tax:
A. Lockers and shower rental - $1.00
B. Pool rental - public - $60.00, per 1-1/2 hours
C. Instruction - $27.00
D. Admission/Passes
(1) Youth, Senior, Earlybird, Disabled - $1.00
(2) Adult - $1.50
(3) Youth/Senior Annual Passes - $85.00
(4) Adult Annual Passes - $107.00
(5) Family Annual Passes - $213.00
(6) Family Six-month Pass - $117.00
section 4.
The fee for installing banners across Front
and First streets shall be $35.00. The surcharge for use of the
city's banner shall be an additional $5.00.
Section 5.
The fees for the use of the following
Lincoln Park facilities shall be as follows:

A. overnight camping - $8.00 per night
B. Clubhouse - $6.00 per hour
C. Longhouse - $9.00 per hour
section 6. The fees for the use of the Vern Burton
Community Center shall be as follows:

(1) Day use

City Business - $13.00
Non-city Business - $18.00
Meeting Room
City Business - $6.00
Non-city Business - $10.00
(2) Week-end use
Main Hall
City Business - $16.00

section 7. The charges for the use of the Ocean View
cemetery shall be as follows:
1. site Acquisition
A. Adult grave lot - $500.00
B. Infant grave lot - $100.00
C. Cremains - $100.00
2. Opening and Closing
A. Adult grave lot - $325.00
B. Infant grave lot - $100.00
C. Cremains lot - $100.00
D. Entombment - $100.00
E. Inurnment - $65.00
J. stone setting - $100.00
4. Liners
A. Adult liner - $250.00
B. Infant liner - $100.00
C. Cremains vault - $100.00
D. Adult vault - $500.00
5. Residents of the City of Port Angeles, who present
adequate proof of residence within the city of port Angeles at the
time or purchase, to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation
Director, shall be entitled to a 15% discount from the charges set
forth in Subsection 1 of this section.
section 8. Resolutions 5-83 and 7-83 are hereby
repealed.
section 10. This resolution shall take effect January 1,
