I CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Duncan called the meeting to order at 7:01 P.M.
II ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present:' Mayor Duncan, Councilmen G~rberding, Haguewood,
Hordyk, Quast, Whidden.
Councilmembers Absent:
Councilman Polhamus.
Planning Corr~issioners Present: T. Puckett, J. Hulett, J. Cornell,
B. Banner, L. Ross.
Planning Commissioners Absent: T. Holm, R. Anderson.
Staff Present:
Manager Flodstrom, Attorney Knutson, P. Carr, L. Cosens,
J. l1arsh, K. Ridout, R. Orton.
Public Present:

Priority of White Creek Crossing
1984 Goals and Objectives
The Council and Planning Coramission discussed the development of the
proposed White Creek Crossing with staff.

Councilman Quast moved to include in item #5 '.lnd-=r 'fransportation, an
addition on the town access to the eastern portion of the City via a Fifth
Street or Boulevard crossing across ~.rnite Creek. Councilman Hordy:"
seconded. After discussion, on call for the suestion the motion carried.
After further discussion, Councilman Quast moved to list as item #6 under
Transpo~tation, a plan for a multiple arterial ac~ess for future industrial
parks ,including planning and funding, in the t-;est end of the City.
Councilmart Wnidden seconded and the motion carried.
Councilman Quast moved to add item #10 under Community Development, consid-
eration of a roller/ice faCility/rink bet'~leen Peaoody and Chase Streets on
Seventh Street. The motion died for lack of a second.
t1ayor Duncan called a five-minute recess .at 8: 40 P .N.
3. Utility Credit Policy
1he Council also discussed the proposed changes in the Utility Credit
Policy.
