Mike Caudill, Carla Sue, One Vacancy Staff Present: Sue Roberds, Heidi Greenwood Public Present: None APPROVAL OF MINUTES The November 12, 2008, minutes were continued to the next regular meeting for review. PUBLIC HEARING: SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION SMA 08 -03 PA LANDINGS LLC 115 E. Railroad: Request to permit yearly dredging of a shoreline area to permit a water ferry use in the Central Business District. (The applicant has asked that this item be continued to January 14, 2009 Chair Matthews opened the public hearing. Planning Manager Sue Roberds stated that the applicant had been requested to provide additional information to support an amendment to the initially submitted shoreline permit application. The information has not been presented and staff cannot continue review until receipt of supporting documentation. In his absence, the applicant asked that staff request that the item be continued to the next regular meeting of the Commission. Commissioner Reiss moved to continue the public hearing to January 14, 2009, 6 p.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Boyle and passed 4 0.
