MODIFICATION SUMMARY
Purchases under subcontract could not completed in FYI and therefore BPA funds are transferred to FYI to allow for
payment of subcontractors once services are provided.

2. All FY13 funding in athe amount of $12,780 is hereby re-allocated to FY14 in accordance with the revised
budget. The Not-to-exceed value of this agreement remains the same, with all other project related funds for
incentive and capacity payments administered under separate agreement/contract.
3. Cost share reporting should still be reported for FYI in accordance with the budget and Clause 4-1 DOM,
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
