on the lives mf the people of our City. He encouraged friendships and enriched lives through his
diplomacy and reached out to connect the young and old through his experience in government. He
broke the barriers between language and cultures by connecting students from our two Cities.
Over the years, our Cities have grown through the dedication of leaders much like Mayor Mkmshha;
his gift of leadership will be seen in the relationships grown through the cultivation of his loving-
kindness. His name will be remembered in our City's history as an honored member of our distant
community.
