When first meeting Kerry of your office, in our conversation she asked me if this exposure "unusual
weapons" was of long standing, I telling her that it was.That in my apartment alone, I had
documentation reaching back into 2010 in a U SARMY wooden cabinet.
1 did not mention that many a letter to Linda or Dianne Meltzer, of the Portland Police Bureau,who was
contacted by me since about the same time that former Chief of Portland Police Bureau and recently
elected Mayor of Portland appointed Rose Sizer as Chief of Portland Police Bureau indicate my simply
stating that I go from day to day on pain pills,trying to curtail such. Except at times,4 tabs of
Hydrocodone(Vicodin) a day are simply not sufficient.
So I am damned if I do and dammed if I don't. Suffer pain which incapacitates me; or extend pain pills to
the point that I am tired and groggy.The problem is not the pain pills. The problem is the "unusual
weaponry"being allowed to target me and the corresponding stresses of having to put up with
Infotainment and their comments creating further harm. Overall, I live a reclusive life. Again, this
reclusiveness to the advantage of both the silent weaponry targeting me and Infotainment with their
comments.
Linda Meltzer, by the way, occupied the same position that Liz Zenonian occupies here with the PA PD.
Thus far,the persecution and victimization I experience, the targeting of my 24/7 has been ignored or
denied existence. Terry James, recently wishes to hang on to the problem of central heating in his
building, until I pointed out over the phone that I have moved the bed to several different locations and
the same situation takes place.
I have also pointed out that the lower end of the bed has constantly measured higher temperatures
than the rest of the location where the bed is located—at the moment back in the bedroom.
What does it take to have such weaponry removed from the premises where it is stored and where it is
used?
Infotainment provides hearsay comments that such weaponry was obtained from the grandfather of
Denny, a friend of both Dave and Karolyn who reside in Apartment#3 directly below mine.
Infotainment hearsay indicates such weaponry was brought to them by members of the PA PD.And
yesterday I hear Karolyn yelling that both of them Dave and Karolyn are trying to be "good Nazi P"(i.e. I
assume meaning police).
Her argumentthat I was a well-known terrorist and that therefore they(Karolyn, Dave and friends)have
a right to protect themselves from harm;and their whenever I see them,immediately begin yelling and
running away from me all this is a farce.
But unfortunately it is a farce that harms me, as it did when residing at the Buckman Heights
Apartments in Portland for 7 and half years;two months or so in Beaverton,Or., and then about two
years or so at the Chaucer Court.
It seems to me that, from the beginning,the office of PAO should have intervened with some sort of
legal action on my behalf, rather than stand passively by as has FBI done for so many years of targeting
which has gone beyond cruel and unusual.With this I request action from the Mayor's office. What I
experienced in the past few days has been criminal activity toward my person.

Narrative that follows is a companion piece to narrative provided Kerry of your office on Monday
January 12.
January 131h, 2015 evening
2150 hours.
Get ready for bed.
Bedroom temperature: 70 degrees.
Wall thermostat set at 5 5 degrees.
23:35 hours.
Lower end of mattress, bedding and feet:
• Sensor registers 94 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Bedroom temperature: 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Thermostat set at 55 degrees.
January 14,2015
03:00 AM.
Lower end of mattress, bedding and feet:
• Sensor registers temperature at 94 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Bedroom temperature" 71 degrees Fahrenheit..
• Pain inside head, especially in damaged areas from cervical vertebrae into brain stem. A
constant, difficult to bear. Superheating of cranial structure reaches into fractures cranium
and into cerebral fluid.
06:30 AM.
Bed temperature: 95 degrees Fah ei-Aieit.
Bedroom area overall: 73 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thermostat set at 55 degrees.

• KPLU24 Jazz radio states that my bunt lips are caused by Karolyn moving the heat lamp
once she is told I am fast sleep to the head of the bed. —Nostrils and eyes ae also
superheated as well.
• As such, this individual is directly responsible for the damage experienced and loss of
vision. Although superheating of ocular fluid were provided in writing to San Francisco
FBI office when residing at the Hotel Coronado in downtown San Francisco.

• Awakened with cranium superheated. Pain is best felt where cranial fractures are located.
In the case of fractures, the same can be said for tibias, knee caps, ankles, toe bones and
such Exposure to ultralight began the moment I returned to bed, barely felt, the heat then
increased as I returned to sleep.
• Superheating of cerebral fluid brings along dull he aches, blurred sight and thought
patterns„ brief blackouts, increased poor bodily coordination. In addition, given other
damage to overall head area and shoulders —degenerative cervical vertebrae, broken
clavicles -- entire discomfort and pain increases.

• Continuing to black-out. Not possible to take the bus to Sequim to drop by, unannounced,
at the offices of former Prosecuting Attorney Clallam County William Payne.
• Tried to sleep again, and inunediately after laying down on the bed, I am targeted with
heat gun. First the feet. Then the fissures at the back of my cranium.
12:05 PM
Sensor registers 96 degrees Fahrenheit. Left foot.

• 93 degrees Fahrenheit. Left foot. Stayed in bed until now. Left side of throat swollen,
unable to swallow except with effort. Cardiac stress. Pain and swelling reaching into
broken sternum area.
11:00PM
• One hour sleep or so under stress superheated bed conditions.
Januaiy 15,2015—00:20 AM dry painful coughing began at about this time. It will continue unabated until
about 08:35 AM. Cardiac stress, laborious breathing —a constant. Unable to stop rapid
breathing.
01:35 A03:00 AM—
• by now entire body superheated; constant coughing. Muscle and bone sternum area in
constant pain about 6 to 7 on Pain Scale. My notes indicate "Bad . . .
05:00 AM.
Bedding/skin/mattress 94 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bedroom temperature: 71 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thermostat on wall set at 55 degrees.
06:15 AM.
• 93 degrees Fahrenheit in bedding. Both legs stiff with peripheral cramping reaching from
below the knees to the toes. By 09:15 AM, cramps would reach above the knee cap on
left leg.

95 degrees Fahrenheit.
08:30 AM.
• Superheated bedding in the low to mid-nineties degrees Fahrenheit.. Too sore to move
about. Bone damage, old fractures ankle joints and knee caps cannot support my body
weight well.
• Discarding trying to go-by bus to Sequim to attempt to obtain a reply from former
Prosecuting Attorney Payne. Simply not possible to travel that far. Sore all over; neck,
shoulders, lower back, legs. One email and two voice mails since January 7`N' and no
response.
• Tried to return to sleep. Heat gun increases in intensity from apartment below so as to
deny me further rest.
09:15 AM.
Whatever sleep was obtained was reached in between notations. Dropped two Vicodin to allow
me to get this done.
