("Tenant")and The City of Port Angeles("Landlord")with respect to property locate at 1022 South "E"Street, Port Angeles,Washington ("Premises") Dear Heidi: As you know, Tenant has been an occupant at the Premises set forth above since the inception of the License referenced above. The initial Term has tolled,and the parties have continued with annual renewals under the License, each commencing on July 1, at the rental rate set forth in the License. While the terms of the License require that Tenant affirmatively extend each such renewal within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then current one (1) year renewal, Tenant did not affirmatively renew and instead the parties proceeded to conduct themselves as if each one (1) year renewal occurred automatically. Tenant intends to remain in occupancy for the period running from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 (under the terms and conditions set forth in the License), and Landlord has acknowledged and approved of the terms of such occupancy despite the fact that Tenant do not provide earlier written notice of such extension. Accordingly, Landlord agrees that this letter is sufficient to extent the Term and to secure the renewal period referenced herein.
