" This letter is a follow up and closure to our discussion regarding the change in
approved construction at 1402 Aurora Court. Staff did contact Tacoma Truss and is in
receipt of a letter from Burt Ballentine regarding the adequacy of the truss to support the
f ~ amended wall design at 1402 Aurora Court. As stated previously, as the change has been
approved by the truss engineer, we will, deem that the inspection performed, although not
initialed on your site copy, is valid and recognizes the amended wall construction.
Please note, per our discussion, that absolutely no further changes will be recognized
in the "field" and particularly after the fact. The construction approved on the application -
, , -- plans which will be found on each site shall not be changed unless the change has been

. -' previously approved by the City. Absolutely no inspections will be performed if a structure
is occupied prior to final.

company. Systems shall be installed per the applicable NFP A Standard.
All electrical components shall be compatible with the fire alarm system.
All underground piping must be inspected and hydrostatically tested by the Port Angeles Fire
Department PRIOR to being covered. A witnessed flush of the underground piping is required.
A design sprinkler flow test and alarm test are required for all 13D systems.
Before final acceptance of the system, an inspection will be conducted to ensure that the
installation complies with the applicable NFPA Standard. This 13D system will require a
