VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION: In all cases, a valuation amount must be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed
and may be revised by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 417 -4815 for assistance.
PLAN CHECK FEE: IF a plan check fee is due it must be submitted at the time the building permit application and construction plans are
submitted. All other permit fees are due at the time of permit issuance.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW: Ifno permit is issued within 180 days of the date of application, the application will expire. The
Building Official can extend the time for action by the applicant up to 180 days upon written request by the applicant (see Section 107 A of
the Uniform Building Code, current edition). No application can be extended more than once.

Dear Jeff:
The estimated cost for installation of a polemount transformer to serve your new construction
is $1,191.00. This estimate is good for 180 days.
If you install the service underground from the pole to the meterbase, you or the owner will be
responsible for the installation and future maintenance of the service wire in conduit and the
nser.
If a future customer takes power from the new transformer within seven (7) years of
installation, the current property owner will be refunded a proportionate amount of the
original cost. .
If the actual cost of installation is more than the paid estimate, there will be no further billing.
If the cost is less than the estimate, you will be refunded the difference.
Transformer installation will be scheduled after payment of $1,191.00, the estimated amount.
