When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.
Manufactured home must be pit set so that no more than 12"

This office has inspection the slab reinforcing for the proposed mobile home above. The
reinforcing, as installed, conforms to the requirements of the approved plan. Please
note that the tie down hooks shown on the approved plan may be omitted with the
sleeve, which was installed, being used to provide a tie point for the mobile home tie
down straps. This sleeve is located over the longitudinal reinforcing and from a
structural standpoint, is better than the hooks shown on the approved plan.

VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION: In all cases, a valuation amount must be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed

existing transformer at 1622 Milwaukee Drive to your building site at 1533 Milwaukee Drive.
The required contribution in aid of construction to extend primary power is estimated at
$12,448.88. This estimate is good for 180 days.

Bringing the area to final grade before installation of electrical facilities,

Providing a 4-foot deep tench, 24 inches wide minimum, approximately 600 feet in
length, backfill and compaction. The trench must meet the requirements ofW AC
Chapter 296-155N Excavation, Trenching and Shoring. All excavated material shall
be placed no closer than two (2) feet from the edge of the excavation and any
excavation over four (4) feet in depth will require shoring. Excavation for two 44 inch
by 36 inch concrete vaults 36 inches deep.
The standard location for underground power lines is in the utility right-of-way 7. feet
from the property line. You or your contractor will be responsible for locating and
clearing. this area.
4. Coordination with Qwest Communication, Wave Broadband and Capacity
Provisioning, Inc. for the installation of their facilities. They may share the electrical
trench,
5. Installation and future maintenance of the underground service wire in conduit from
the transformer/pedestal to the meter base.

I. Maximum I-Beam pi~r spacing as shown in Table 2 above for fixed size footing pads. or adjusted to
larger area footing pads based on loads in Table 2. I. For either case. the maximum I-Beam pier
spacing is 8'-0" for 8'" I-beam chassis. 10'-0" for 10" I-Beam and 12'-0" for 12" I-Beam chassis
