PLAN CHECK FEE: IF a plan check fee is due it must be submitted at the time the building pennit application and construction plans are

RE: Attached agenda remarks
Prior to occupancy, I will dedicate 10' on Park Street and 10' on Porter Street, if required
by the city. I will also improve Park and Porter to city standards, which would include
curb, gutter and sidewalk.

5 Lots is $5,144.60.
This estimate is good for 180 days and is subjectto change as your company provides

The customer/developer will be responsible for the followinQ:
1)
Surveying and staking the property. Clearing, grading and bringing the area
to final grade before installation of the electrical facilities.
Trenching, backfilling and restoration of the entire job.
The service cable trench(es) must be a minimum of thirty-three (33") inches
deep and eighteen (18") inches wide from the poles or secondary pedestal to
the meter locations.
All excavated material shall be placed no closer than two (2) feet from the
back edge of the excavation and any excavation over forty-seven (47) inches
in depth will need shoring. The trench must meet the requirements of:
WAC Chapter 296-155N "Excavation. Trenchinq and Shorinq".
Backfill and compaction will be in accordance with Spec# UM 0 01-S
(enclosed).
Coordination with Owest, Capacity Provisioning and WAVE Broadband for
installation of their equipment. They may share the trench with the electrical
facilities.
Installation and future maintenance of the underground cable in conduit from
the pole(s) or the secondary pedestal to the meter bases.
All required permits. (Trenching in the R1W, Electrical, etc.)
Payment of $5,144.60.

The City will be responsible for the followinq:
1) Setting the pole and installing conduit risers top portions.
2) Providing and installing the transformers, secondary pedestal and associated
equipment.
3) Providing and installing the electric meters.
If the actual cost of construction exceeds the estimated amount, there will be no further
billing. If the cost is less than the estimate, the difference will be refunded to you.
Work will be scheduled in five (5) to six (6) weeks after the receipt of the payment
for $5,144.60. This allows for engineering design, scheduling the City Light crews
and the requisitioning of materials.
