Home My WebLink About000893 Amendment 4 000893 CLEAResult AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXHIBIT A TO THE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT No. 3 ("Amendment")amends EXHIBIT A to the Master Services Agreement, dated April 1, 2015, by and between City of Port Angeles, Washington ("Utility") and CLEAResult Consulting Inc., a Texas corporation and/or an affiliate thereof("CLEAResutt"). AMENDMENT 1 This Amendment is effective as of October 1, 2016(the "Effective Date"). 2. EXHIBIT A to the Master Service Agreement is amended as follows.- a, The table in Section 2(a) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Table I and Table 2 as attached to this amendment. See next pages. b. The funding amount in Section 2(b)is increased by$52,000,from $40,000 to$92,000. c.
