AMENDMENT NO 2 TO LEASE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, on May 5, 2O09,lhe City of Port Angeles, a municipal corporation and non- charter code city of the State of Washington ("City"), entered into a Lease Agreernent (referred to herein as "Lease Agreement") with Clallam County Family YMCA, a corporation of the State of Washington ('Lessee"), relating to the occupancy ofthe building located at l43l Ediz Hook Road; WHEREAS, Clallam County Family YMCA assigned the lease to the Olympic Peninsula Rowing Association, a Washington Non-Profit Corporation in Septanber 2013; and WHEREAS, the premises have been posted No Occupancy due to recent storms and tides damaging the underlying land and pilings. Olympic Peninsula Rowing Association and City ("the Parties") for valuable consideration enter this Amendment No 2 as of the date ofthe last signature affixed below The Parties agree that due to the No Occupancy posting on the prernises, the rent owning will be $0.00 for the months of latuary 2017 through December 2017 or until such time as the prernises are retumed to Occupancy whichever is sooner. The normal rental will be due on January 10, 2018 or the 1Oft day of the month immediately following the retum of the building to occuprurcy. During the time that no rent is due, Lessee will continue to pay all charges for light, heat, water, sewer, garbage, drainage and all other utilities and services. Lessee will not discontinue utility service to the prernises unless needed to repair the premises or maintain life and safety.
