PUBLIC WORKS & UTILITIES DEPARTMENT August 3, 2004 United States Postal Service Post Master 424 East 15t Street Port Angeles, W A 98362 RE: 2nd Street and Vine Street driveway repairs On May 27, a letter was sent to your office regarding the need for repairing the existing driveway approaches on 2nd Street and Vine Street. Public Works & Utilities has not received a response from your office.. As stated in the previous correspondence both driveway approaches have failed and present a tripping hazard to pedestrians. The damaged sections of the sidewalk and driveway are your responsibility to repair and the damaged sections need to be replaced as soon as possible. ~ ~ .:t Please provide a schedule as to when these repairs will be made. A right of way permit will be required for the repairs.
