· CondItIon of eXlstmg sIdewalk and dnveway approaches are to be brought up to CIty
Standards. Any dnveway openmgs that are not m use wIll need to be removed,
replacmg the eXlstmg depressed curb wIth standard curb & gutter Dnveway openmgs
wIll be lImIted to 30' (feet) The number of dnveway opemngs WIll be lImIted to a total
of three, wIth two of the openmgs off Albert Street and one off Front Street.
· SubmIt an accurately dImensIOned parkmg layout conformmg to CIty Standards. All
parkmg stalls are to have concrete curb stops.
· On sIte storm detentIon wIll be reqUIred. SubmIt plans and supportmg calculatIons
prepared by a lIcensed engmeer for the storm detentIOn / treatment mto the Front Street
storm dramage basm.
