COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
In accordance with ~~ Ch9fter 39.34 and to other provisions of the law, The City of
Seattle ("City") andAPo'it ~geles.city Light ("P.A.C.L.") hereby agree to a cooperative
governmental purchasing agreement for various supplies, materials, equipment and
services, using the City's competitively awarded contracts. The following terms and
conditions apply:
1. The City, in contracting for the purchase of supplies, materials, equipment and services
for the City, agrees, at its discretion, to extend said contracts to P.A.C.L to the extent
permitted by law, and agreed upon by the parties and the vendor(s).
2. P.A.C.L. shall be responsible for compliance with any additional or varying laws and
regulations governing purchases by or on behalf ofP.A.C.L .
3. Any purchases by P.A.C.L . shall be effected by a purchase order from P.A.C.L . and
directed to the vendor(s).
4. The City shall not accept responsibility for the performance of any vendor contracted
for by P.A.C.L . as a result of this Agreement.
5. The City shall not be responsible for the payment of any item( s) contracted for by
P.A.C.L. as a result of this Agreement.
6. This Agreement shall continue in force until can..;eleu in wliting by either party.
