the concept of a traffic bypass is keep through traffic
out of the residential and dortntovn area6 '

beiause of passing a supermarket, qrade school, library,
city park, civlc field and through residential areas, same
roule but continuing on Lauridsen to Golf Coulse road -
this added another grade school and penlnsula college to
the route
