Clallam County Housing Authority Gregg, now that we are in the rainy season, I noticed that the subfloor material has begain to swell and deform. Most flooring has an exposure time frame specified by the manufacture,.usually around 90 days. This is the same condition we had last year on "a" street in the first phase and as per our conversation at the begining of the second phase, I mentioned that i would hope to avoid over exposure on the second phase. At this point, i want you to complete and cover all existing structures that are framed before any other floor systems are intiated. This will give the interior time to dryout and after the structure is enclosed, provide heat, as was required on the first phase. (there is a device that i have seen used on other sites that acts like a squeegee) that you can push the water outside the structure to help keep the water off the floor.
