When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.
NO OCCUPANCY WILL BE PERMITTED UNTIL FINAL INSPECTION IS
APPROVED BY BUILDING INSPECTOR, PUBLIC WORKS & ELECTRICAL
INSPECTOR.
This subdivision requires that homes shall be equipped with
a residential sprinkler system that is installed and
maintained in accordance with Uniform Fire Code(UFC) and
National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) standards.
The proposal will result in a new s.f. res located in an
approved PRD for total lot coverage of 50% which is
permitted in this PRD. No land use issues are noted.
Electrical permits are required.
Residential Connection Fee Applies $713.00.
Any modifications to the electrical facilities will
be at the customer's expense. None anticipated.
Sanitary sewer connection inspection is required by
Public Works prior to back fill of ditch.
