I have five accounts listed for the graving yard. Do you know which account this hydrant should be attached to? They also temporarily installed a hydrant meter at Bonny's Bakery but want to bill Excel Utilities at 54 Misty Lane. Do you know which account this meter should be attached to? Annette Owens thinks the Light Department has something to do with it but I thought you might know something about it.
