RE: Attached agenda remarks
Prior to occupancy, 1 will dedicate 10' on Park Street and 10' on Porter Street, if required
by the city. I will also improve Park and Porter to city standards, which would include
curb, gutter and sidewalk.
I will also continue to discuss delaying and alternatives to the above improvements, as
the city has future planned street/utility improvements for the Park/Porter area.
