ELECTRICAL PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ALL ELECTRICAL WORK. IF THE
ELECTRICAL SERVICE ATTACHMENT AND METER NEEDS TO BE
RELOCATED THE NEW LOCATION WILL NEED TO MEET CURRENT CODE
REQUIREMENTS.
A minimum 2A-10BC fire exinguisher is required.
Extinguishers must be mounted, with the top no more than 5'
off the floor. Suggested extinguisher placement is
adjacent to an exit.

The proposal will result in remodel of a structure in the CA
zone for total lot coverage of 18% and site coverage of
49%. No land use issues are anticipated.
Existing driveway opening on Washington St. to be removed &
replaced to full height. A separate Right of Way
Construction Application is to be submitted to Public Works
by the contractor working in the City Right of Way.
Onsite parking improvements, stormwater drainage plans, and -
erosion & sedimentation plans to be submitted, reviewed,
approved, and constructed prior to occupancy.
Other permits, fees, and conditions may be required on
further reviews.
Consider applying for the City Green Infrastructure Rebate
of up to $750.00 towards the materials to install rain
garden to control roof and driveway runoff. Also rebates
