install a double check valve assembly. If you are installing
an open fire system, you will not need a backflow assembly.

A full acceptance test will be required for the fire
sprinkler system.
Call for cover inspection for all sprinkler installations.
This project will require seperate permit and fire
sprinkler plans for review.__
All homes in new subdivisions that are outside of the Fire
Department four -minute response area shall be equipped with
residential fire sprinkler systems that comply with the
International Fire Code (IFC) and National Fire Protection
Association (NFPA).

issues anticipated.

the southeast corner of property. Actual underground
electrical connection point is at the southwestern property
corner.
Electrical load calculations and electrical permits are
required.
1. Establishing Construction Access.
2. Install sediment controls BMPs.
3. Stabilize exposed soils.
4. Protect slopes from erosion.
5. Protect drain inlets.
6. Control pollutants including but not limited to spills,
concrete wash out, exposed aggregate processes, concrete
grinding and saw cut waste water.
7. Maintain temporary and permanent erosion control BMPS
during project.
Consider applying for the City Green Infrastructure Rebate
of up to $750.00 towards the materials to install rain
garden to control roof and driveway runoff. Also rebates

This heating system sizing calculator is based on the Prescriptive Requirements of the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) and ACCA
Manuals J and S. This calculator will calculate heating loads only. ACCA procedures for sizing cooling systems should be used to determine cooling
loads.
The glazing (window) and door portion of this calculator assumes the installed glazing and door products have an area weighted average U -factor of
0.30. The incorporated insulation requirements are the minimum prescriptive amounts specified by the 2012 WSEC.
