A residential fire sprinkler system, installed per NFPA
13D, will be required.
2nd option is to install an outside alarm bell that is
inter-connected to the residence's smoke detectors.
The alarm bell will be painted red in color and identified
as "Fire alarm"

The proposal will result in construction of a new sfr in the
RS-9 for total lot coverage of 21% and site coverage of 29%.
No land use issues anticipated.
Electrical load calculations and electrical permits are
required.
Sanitary sewer connection inspection is required by
Public works prior to back fill of ditch. 24 hour advance
notice is required. Public Works Inspection request line
417-4831
Applicant to utilize existing driveway access. Driveways to
be built to accommodate future sidewalk construction.
Construct driveway and Sidewalks to City Standards. Concrete
with exposed aggregate or other non-standard
finishes(including colors or dyes)are not allowed in the
City road right of way. Broom finish only. An inspection by
Public Works Engineering is required prior to pouring
concrete. Public Works inspection request line 417-4831.
