This is a request for an extension for Building Permit # 12-913 dated July 19, 2012 for a
covered entryway at 531 1/2 E. 7th Street in Port Angeles.
The project has been started with the concrete footings and concrete pad poured and approved.
The structure has not been built yet, and I am requesting a 6th month extension to complete
the project.
