VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION: In all cases, a valuation amount must be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed
and may be revised by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 417 -4815 for assistance.
PLAN CHECK FEE: IF a plan check fee is due It must be submitted at the time the building penmt application and construction plans are
submitted. All other permit fees are due at the time of penmt ISsuance.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW: Ifno permit is issued within 180 days of the date ofapplica1:1on, the application will expire. The
Building OffiCIal can extend the time for action by the applicant up to 180 days upon wntten request by the applicant (see Section 107.4 of
the Uniform BuIlding Code, current edition). No applica1:1on can be extended more than once.

We have done a structural analysis of the 12' -10::1: tall rear wall of the proposed addition to the
offices ofFKC Co. at 2708 West 18th in Port Angeles. The wall shall be framed with 2x6 studs
@ 16" on center, sheathed one side with 5/8" gypsum wall board. This construction is adequate
to transfer the vertical and lateral loads imposed on it required by the 1997 Uniform Building

Service and Administration Facility located at 2708 W. 18th Street (l8th &
Reyes Streets).

FKC Co., Ltd. will not introduce any volatile materials into the Facility's
sewage system. - The sewage system's pump will be removed if and when the system
is tied into a gravity fed City of Port Angeles sewer system.
