Dear James Phelps & Becky Smith & To Whom It May Concern :
I, Don Tmkham (property owner and landlord), hereby give permlSsion to construct a metal storage
bwldmg of the Size 10 feet by 17 feet on the rental property located at 916 E. 6th St , Port Angeles,
WA. The buildmg will be situated 6 feet to the west of the existing detached garage on this property
and parallel to it The building will be placed between the eXlStUlg wood fence and the alley. The
renters, James Phelps & Becky Smith, listed above, will own this storage building and will be
responsible for obtaining the required building permits and any desired insurance. The renters will
construct this building so as to meet all city of Port Angeles codes and setbacks.
The building will be completed to the landlord's satlSfacttOn before September 1, 2005 or permission
will be rescinded
The landowners will not be liable for any property damage incurred by this building or because of it.
The landowners wtll not be liable for any bodily injury incurred because of this building.
The renters will be responsible for maintenance and removal of this building before vacating thlS
rental property The building site and property must be returned to its original state before vacating.
If this agreement is not upheld, renters will be charged for removal or restoration of Site.
A copy of the signed-off building permit will be given to the landlord after final inspection.
Any increase in property taxes on this property resulting from this new building will be paid yearly to
the landlord for as many years as thlS butlding remains.
