Dear Mr. Dunaway:
As you mow, following a public heanng conducted by the Planning COmtnlSSIOn on July 13,2005,
the COmtnlSSIOn approved the above referenced condItIOnal use penmt to allow the conversion of a
small room to an accessory residential umt at 626 E. 9th Street. The permit IS approved wIth the
followmg conditIOns:

CondIttons:
1. ' The applicant shall meet all permittmg and utility reqUIrements mcluding the-proVIsIon of a
total of 4 off-street parkmg spaces; .
2. For Accessory Residential Unit applications the following may apply: Building location,
setbacks and lot coverage for the Accessory Residential Unit shall be as shown in the site
drawing submittedfor Conditional Use Permit application (CUP 05-02). The proposed
Accessory Residentzal Unit will contain 308 square feet and lot coverage of 25.5?%.
3. Primary access to the sIte shall be developed from 9th Street, WIth secondary and utility
access only from the 9/1 0 alley. Parkmg spaces shall be accessed from the alley.
The condItional use permIt must be in,Ittated WIthin one year from the date of Issuance or It WIll
