RE: Asphalt repairs at 520 south Race Street
, It has been brought to my attention the asphalt restoration for the sanitary sewer repair for
your duplex at 520 South Race Street has not been completed. At the time of issuance the
sewer repair permit did not include any work within the city right of way. It will be your
responsibility to have the repairs completed or apply for an asphalt restorati<?n permit and
have the city do the repairs. Which ever you choose, the repairs need to be completed within
the next 30 days. Ifthe city's crew does the restoration the fee will be $300.00.
