EASEMENT
The purpose of this document is to grant a utility/sanitary sewer easement from
Lot 21, Riedel II Subdivision, Phase II, Volume 14, PG 86 through the "north
twenty five feet" of Lot 20, Riedel II Subdivision, Phase II, Volume 14, PG 86 and
connect to Port Angeles City Sewer System that borders the western portion of
the development. (See attached map)
The DC Margene Company LLC, is the owner of both parcels/property and grants
this easement to Lot 21 to allow the installation of utilities and sanitary sewer

EASEMENT
The purpose of this document is to grant a utility /sanitary sewer easement from
Lot 21, Riedel II Subdivision, Phase II, Volume 14, PG 86 through the "north
twenty five feet" of Lot 20, Riedel II Subdivision, Phase II, Volume 14, PG 86 and
connect to Port Angeles City Sewer System that borders the western portion of
the development. (See attached map)
The DC Margene Company LLC, is the owner of both parcels /property and grants
this easement to Lot 21 to allow the installation of utilities and sanitary sewer
