We represent Tine Construction Services, LLC regarding its parking lot Lease Agreement with
the City of Port Angeles.
As you may know, Tine has given your staff notice of its intent to exercise its right of "first
refusal" to purchase Lots 2-7, Block 14, Townsite of Port Angeles ("parking lot A") under the
December 9, 2015 Lease Agreement. Tine is excited to move forward with the City on
acquisition so that it can proceed with the development of the desired parking garage. Thanks
