RE: Lease Agreement
Dear Mr. Baron:
Enclosed please find a copy of the proposed Amended Lease Agreement between you
and the City of Port Angeles.
The lease requires a yearly rent of$500 plus leasehold excise tax. The rental period is
October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. The Amended Lease Agreement will be
considered fully executed when you return a signed copy and make your rent payment.

AMENDED LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDED LEASE AGREEMENT is made as of the date of the last signature affixed
below, by and between the City of Port Angeles, a municipal corporation and non-charter code city
of the State of Washington,hereinafter known as the City,and Ronald Baron,a single man, Lessee.
1. Premises- For and in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and conditions set
forth herein, the City does hereby covenant and agree io let and lease unto the Lessee the

3. Use of the Premises.
A. Lessee shall use the property for no purpose other than grazing of cattle and shall
keep the premises in a neat,orderly,and sanitary condition at all times.
B. Lessee shall neither sublease nor underlet any part of the leased property, not shall
lessee assign this lease without the City's written consent.
