This letter is in regards to the abandoned driveway locate<i em ym:r Rac~ Street .finntage. As
a condition of the re-zone application, along with the building and parking 101 permit
approvals for the above address, the Public Works Department noted that the existing
driveway approach onto Race Street was to be closed.
As part of the permit approvals, ingress / egress to the parking lot was to be off the alley, an~
the existing driveway approach on Race Street removed and restored with standard curb,
gutter and sidewalk per city standards. (See attached PAMC 11.08.150). The pier blocks;
presently used to close the existing driveway present a safety hazard and are to be remove I
immediately., Restoration ofthe curb. gutter and sidewalk will require a right of way permit,
issued at the building permit counter. The fee is $45.00. Upon receipt ofthis notification,
therestora'tlorl'ofthe"cilrh,gutter and sidewalk should be completed within the next 30 days.
