City of Port Angeles Council Meeting Agenda Summary
This meeting will be conducted virtually.
The City determined the meeting shall be held virtually when the September 20, 2022 City Council agenda was created on September
15, 2022. The City will hold virtual meetings when a meeting cannot be held with “reasonable safety”. “Without reasonable safet y”
means that the COVID-19 risk is Moderate or High, per the dashboard located at https://www.clallam.net/coronavirus at the time the
meeting is advertised. Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us
The Mayor may determine the order of business for a particular City Council meeting. The agenda should be arranged to best serve
the needs and/or convenience of the Council and the public. The Mayor will determine time of break. Hearing devices are avail able
for those needing assistance. The items of business for regular Council meetings may include the following:
A. Call to Order – Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
B. Roll Call, Pledge of Allegiance
Ceremonial Matters, Proclamations & Employee Recognitions
C. Public Comment

The Mayor added Letter to Request DNR to Delay Timber Auction to allow City to Review Impacts to Water, Climate Action Plan, and
Carbon Offset discussion to the agenda as Item I -4 under Other Considerations.

receive public input prior to making decisions which impact citizens. Certain matters may be controversial and City Council may
choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process .
