•More than 3 out of 5 overdose deaths had a potential
opportunity to link people to care before the fatal overdose or
to implement life-saving actions when the fatal overdose
occurred.

12 Law enforcement contacts.Threatening people at random, disturbances and disorderly conduct.High
impact on the community but never enough facts to make an arrest.06/20/2022-LE Contact resulting in
arrest.Commits a violent felony where Officers have enough facts to make an arrest and get a case charged.
During the 11 month period prior to arrest there were numerous attempts by law enforcement, social workers
and community paramedics to get this person into services and treatment.

Date of Last Arrest: 06/20/2022
Enrollment Status: Currently Enrolled in AJA Case Management, OPCC
Services Received:
MOUD in jails, Hope Program Re-entry support, Treatment Services, AJA Case Management, Medical
Support, Emergency Shelter, Transportation, Housing Support, Mental Health Services, and Basic Needs (food,
clothing, phone, etc.).
Agency Coordination: OPCC, Rediscovery, DOC, NOHN, PBH/Horizon Center, OPHS, CCCF, Prosecutor,
Clallam SO Jail staff, PA Fire and PAPD.
