New Exteriors shall tear off old three tab material and dispose of it
Re-felt with 30 pound felt and re-Iay an Elk 30 year weatherwood
shingle for a standard roof application as called out by Elk.
Also new ridge-vent valley and stink pipe boots will be provided by
New Exteriors. If there is damaged or rotten wood found in the tear off
New Exteriors will replace and repair to fix the problem but this is not
part of the bid and will be an up change. New Exteriors will document
and show David Hamilton the damage and will repair with his go ahead
and agreement to up charge. Also in bid includes work already
preformed at site laying down tarps on roof
Cost of said job is 15298.00 withouttax
