As we discussed on the phone yesterday the removal of the garage /carport at
the above listed address does not require a permit from Olympic Region
Clean Air Agency A perrrut is not required if the residential structure Ls
demolished by hand. No heavy equipment maybe used in the demolition.
Please control any dust that may be generated during the demolition so that it
does not negatr ely impact any neighbors.
