Angeles Housing Rehabilitation Program Office no later than
Wednesday, October 23, 1996.
Deletions have been strielccn out and additions are underlined.
Include applicable tax and permit fees.
PROJECT A (HEALTH AND SAFETY REPAIRS)
0400 1)Basement family room: Close off the chimney breaching
on the south wall.
0600 *1)Main bathroom: Install a new vanity sink .aeka~e
countertop and backsplash only (see 1500 #4).
2)Living room: Install framing, insulation and panel to
close off the fireplace.
0900 1)Main bathroom: Install new fiberglass or plastic laminate
bathtub wrap. Include new water resistant concrete wall
board or sheetrock, soap dish,and approx. 24" safety
handrail.
2)Kitchen: Install new underlayment and sheet vinyl floor
covering.
1500 1)Kitchen: Install a new kitchen faucet with hand held
sprayer.

kitchen sink and properly secure the drain to eliminate

AMP small appliance circuit with (1) additional GFCI
protected outlets.
11)Kitchen: Install a new GFCI protected outlet on the south
wall to replace an existing outlet.
12)Kitchen: Install a new properly grounded separate circuit
and outlet to replace the outlet servicing the refrigerator.

Include shim and adjust cabinet doors and drawers for proper
operation.

3)Living room~ Install (4) new vinyl framed single hung
windows with insulating glass. Trim and finish the

insulating glass. Trim and finish the interior and exterior.

5)Kitchen: Install (2) new vinyl framed single hung windows
with insulating glass. Trim and finish the interior and
exterior. Stain and finish or paint the trim.
6)Kitchen: Install a new vinyl framed slideby or single .hung
window with insulating glass on the east wall. Trim and,"

obscured and tempered glass to replace the existing window.

year 3-tab composition seal down shingles. Include repairs
