Andy and Debbie here is a copy ofthe permit we received from the city to do a panel and l5 circuts for a total
of$195.00. Trent told us the day he inspected the panel you installed that he is okay with you finishing thejob,
quote "take responsibility".
He told us you needed and we needed to email him with confirming that Simpson Electric is finishing this job.
