PROJECT B (BUILDING CONSERVATION)

tab composition seal down shingles on the entire house.
Include removal of the chimnev to below the roof line.
2)Extend the framing and roof over the rear entry steps to
match the Gable overhang, to eliminate water on the
stairway. Roofing to match the new roof. Reroof the low -
slope west addition with torch down roofina. Stain and
finish or paint the new fascia. soffit. and trim to match
the existing as close as possible.
3)West addition: Install new fascia and seamless aluminum
rain gutter, downspout, and splash block on the west side of
the low slope addition. Stain and finish or paint the new
fascia prior to installation of the new gutters.
