" You have the option of serving the house either overhead or underground from the transformer pole to your meter base. Installation and future maintenance of underground service wire in conduit is the responsibility if the customer. See attached specification sheet. The work will be scheduled for approximately fou~ weeks after receipt of the estimated amount of$745.00. If the actual cost of the transformer upgrade is more than the paid estimate, there will be no further billing, If the final cost is less, the difference will be refunded to you. When future customers take power from this transformer, you or the current property owner will be refunded a proportionate amount of the original cost if the connection is made within seven (7) years ofthe installation.
