When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.
New subdivision outside the four minute response time shall
be equ1pped with a residential sprinkler system that is
1nstalled and maintained in accordance with Uniform Fire
Code (UFC) and National Fire Protection Association(NFPA)
standards.
The proposal will result in the construction ot a single
family residence in the RS-9 zone. Lot coverage and
setbacks are good. No land use issues are notE'd. The
subdivision was finaled on 11/16/04.
Electrical load calculations and elctrical permits are
required.
Sanitary sewer connect1on inspection is required by
