Special Notes and Comments
When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.
New subdivislon outslde the four minute response time shall
be equlpped with a residential sprinkler system that is
installed and maintained in accordance with Uniform Fire
Code (UFC) and National Fire Protection Association(NFPA)
standards.
The proposal will result in the construction of a s.f.
residence in the RS9 zone for total lot coverage of 25%.
Setbacks are good. No land use issues are noted.
Public works electrical engineering has no requirements for
this plan review.
Ditches and culverts will be lnstalled to City Stanards. See
Public Works Engineering for Standards.
Sanitary sewer connection lnspection is required by
I Public Works prior to back fill of ditch.
