APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:Commissioner Hodgsonmoved to approve January19, 2023minutes. Commissioner McGuire seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. None. LATE ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENT:None. FINANCE & PACKET ITEMS:Director Delikat reviewed the Revenues and Expenditures Report. None. LEGISLATION: GUEST SPEAKERS: None. Port Angeles, Washington February 16, 2022 SPECIAL MEETING: The Commissioners used this time to interview three candidates for the vacancy on the Commission: Port Angeles residents Julia McCord, Emily Johnston and Dallas Kiedrowski. Jae McGinley was also scheduled to be interviewed but declined the day of the meeting. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Commissioners Collins, Cripe, Hodgson, Forrest, McGuire. Members Absent: Commissioner Hilory Staff Present: Director Delikat, Senior Center Manager Bright, Administrative Specialist Howell. LEGISLATION: 1. Vote to Fill Commission Vacancies: Following the interviews and a discussion of the three applications, Commissioner Forrest made a motion to appoint Dallas Kiedrowski for a 4-year term beginning March 2023 and ending February 2027. Commissioner Hodgson seconded the motion. The motion was approved by vote of four in favor, one against.
